SURPLUS Molle Chest Rig- Black. Shoulder harness style with multiple pouches. Velcro on front both sides for patches. No tags indicating size, but we think it's a small size. It is adjustable with the molle straps.
Although this is surplus- it looks to never been used. Very good condition.
